I currently live at one of their properties. (HPA) We have NOT had consistent HOT WATER in about 8 months now, with the last 2 months being the absolute worst. I have continuously inform management, and though they claim to have worked on things in the boiler room, NOTHING has resolved the problem. I even reached out to Habitat America and no one has gotten back with me. Hot water is essential to life, and living without it is uninhabitable. I also have several work orders that have been in since last year and yep you guess it, those and quite a few others have .completed. Habitat America does NOT care about their residents. I am fed up, and had to reach out to DCRA.Update: (Response to Habitat Americas reply) Though a part was supposed to have been put in last week, we here at Hubbard Place had no hot water most of yesterday 4-16-22, and ICE COLD HOT WATER today on Easter. We need a new boiler. Please stop with the paperwork, its NOT resolving the problem. The old model we have, the manufacturer no longer produces. I shall continue to fight for inhabitable living at this property. more ... hide ...
