It used to be nice but the property management that manages are lazy.Neighbors in some areas can be sketchy. The ones that dont drive will bring shopping carts from Giant or Safeway and will block the stairways.People pa rk anywhere and the contracted tow company they use takes forever to come.The main trash dumpster is always filled beyond capacity. Trash backs up and causes for unwanted guests to appear out of no where.The gym that was once 24/7 open for guests is only opened during their operating bank hours because a couple of hood kids decided to misuse the gym and rec center.The pool and hot tubs are dirty during the summer months. Dont use the hot tub as you will get an infection.When it snows, our complex barely gets ployed or salt.So where exactly does our monthly HOA fees go towards??? more ... hide ...

My girlfriend lives here. The maintenance man has been laid off, the storage rooms still dont have storage cages for the tenants to store items. She cant watch tv in her livingroom because the breaker keeps cutting off. With no maintenance man its a week out to get someone from another location to get out here, and dont get me started about the smell of weed either. I dont know what these other reviews are. .. the lady in the office is doing all she can. more ... hide ...
