I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Destiny. This was my first time getting a storage unit so I was uncertain of how my experience would go. Fortunately I was connected with Destiny. She was caring, understandi ng to exactly what I needed and was very professional. She made this process a breeze for me. This experience makes me eager to refer my friends and family to Extra Space Storage. Thanks again Destiny! more ... hide ...

I lived here for 3 years and moved out a few months ago. There are many issues with this building, but it mainly stems from unresponsive management who rarely replies to emails and phone calls.1. Broken doors: A lot of t hings broke down here over the years, including the front door of the building and the parking garage doors. Each of these were not fixed in a timely manner. Elevator doors also do not close all the way. Maybe 2 or 3 working elevators at a time (of the 6 possible). Someone broke the parking garage door in early August 2022 before I moved out, and I heard from a resident that it was eventually fixed in October. Thats 2 months of the garage door being permanently open.2. Gym: I loved the gym. There was a huge variety of equipment there and the rooftop area is amazing. However, there is no air conditioning or heat in the gym. So its hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Theres a fan for the summer which helps, but its still insanely hot. Additionally, of the 6 treadmills or so that were there, only 2-3 worked at a time. The others were continuously broken, even after I sent in multiple maintenance requests.3. Apartment air conditioning: This happened to me across all 3 years, only in the summer. The air conditioning will work fine for a while, then display an error code and stop blowing cold air. Happened at least 3-4 times per week during the hottest months. Maintenance told me this was because all air conditioning units on the floor are connected so once one encounters an error, they all do.4. General uncleanliness and careless neighbors: I saw dog poop and other messes in the elevators and stairwell multiple times. I know theres a maintenance crew trying to clean it up though and I feel bad for them.5. Windows: They do NOT open much more than a crack that I cant even stick my finger through. The leasing agent Alex does tell you that the windows open, but that is stretching the truth. You must submit a work order to open a window for the unit, and only 1 window is able to be open in the entire unit. Also it took maintenance 40 days to open my window after I submitted the work order. When management does not care, it really shows. And it has shown time and time again for the last 3 years. Management will avoid you and you will be ignored after you move in. Theres a reason why theres so many rent specials and vacant apartments. PMC lures you in with the beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, fantastic views of Baltimore, and massive gym and 2nd floor amenities.I stayed for 3 years because the price for a 1 bedroom was too good Less than $1400 for a 1 bedroom apartment in Downtown Baltimore. I finally moved out because I was fed up with the continued lack of customer service from management. Please stay away from PMC if you can. Read reviews at 521 St Paul, 301 N Charles St, or other PMC apartments to see how they manage their other buildings. more ... hide ...

Dont move hereI lived here in the renovated one bedroom apartment for 1 year 08/2020- 07/2021 There is a lot to say. 1- they take forever to fix something that you have to keep calling. 2- they are building the laund ry facility next to the apartment, I dont think for how long already but they never finished and all the roaches where coming to my apartment that I had to call personally someone to spray it and pay from my own pocket because it was disgusting. One day we found like 17 roaches under our refrigerator. All the time they were fixing something in that room we knew we were going to see roaches around the apartment. Also at night you will see roaches just hanging in the stairs. 3- neighbors are loud at any time. We had to call the noise complaint couple of times because when you call the office, to be honest, they dont do really nothing. 4- they were cutting the power every other day with little notice and my husband works from home and he had to leave the house most of the time. 5- they towed our car with the sticker on it and had to call 10+ time to have the money back like they promised. Oh the towed the car and we werent notice about it we just figured because I didnt see the other car outside. 6- if you have a patio like we did you will always have trash on it since the people who live upstairs will trough it from the window. Also neighbors leave they trash outside the door and its really nasty specially knowing there are roaches around the stairs. 7- we got charged 75 dollars one time because we had a container outside where we used to sit down since it was in the beginning of us moving in and they didnt want nobody to have anything outside but I saw a lot of people having bicycle since the last day I left and they didnt get charge for anything. 8- dogs are not allow but you will see them everywhere lol Personally I dont recommend to move here there are better places more ... hide ...
