WARNING! BEWARE! SCAMMERS!They let you pay your $50 application fee¦ just so they can make money. Im starting to think the property managers dont want to lease to real tenants, instead they want to only do air bnbs at the Artlofts. So dont waste your time paying the $50 application fee which leads to a $300 reservation fee because they wont call you about your application.I literally see multiple listings on Facebook marketplace saying units are available, but when I finally got a hold of Jon or John, he couldnt tell me when a unit would become available. Instead he tried to get me to go somewhere I wasnt interested in nor inquired about Ely Walker.Also, I talked to the people at the propertys office and they even kind of warned me about applying. They knew business practices wasnt being done correctly and didnt want me to lose out on $300 because I wasnt getting the $50 back. They told me dont pay anything else until you head back from someone¦Jon even sent me photos & videos of a unit at ely walker, he wanted to switch my attention there so badly¦ why? Im a content creator! Why would I want to be somewhere with poor lighting? The unit he showed me was a nice and spacious 2 bedroom¦ then proceeds to say oh thats not available, itll be a 1 bedroom¦. At this point youre trying to get over and throw people into anything! I never not once said I would take a 1 bedroom. Wish this could be a 5 star but, the last year things have gone downhill. The space is wonderful and the views/location are in a great spot in the city. The issues are not with the space but with management. Hot water wa s not working for a full week this month and no updates from management on when it would be fixed. Only got fixed when someone in the building posted flyers with numbers for health department and Missouri Housing Development Commission. They also raise prices of things without explanation. Rent went up from last year and recently parking went up from $85/month to $125/month, my guess is because people are moving out quickly. Management is never in office as they also have an apartment they manage in downtown. It is near impossible to get a hold of management for any issues. In the course of living here I will have to email at least 5 times about the same issue and pester them until the issue gets even noticed not resolved. If management changed this would be a 5 star review, but as a resident that is why people are leaving and you cant fill any of your spaces. more ... hide ...

The staff and residents at House at Westminster Place are amazing. The apartments are spacious and have everything youll need! Open floor plans, large bathrooms with grab bars, stand-up showers with grab bars, great be drooms with lots of natural light. Daily and/or weekly events include: Daily lunch caterer, weekly beautician, Home Health Care office 20 hours per week, a Podiatrist comes every other month!
