My husband and me had live that from 2010 to 2012 . We love that place but rent is different from low to high for 2 yrs as we have accpet it to pay it. One negative is when we had find a place because of not safe for other new baby to live in lot space of that place on downstair while I was become pregnant with our 2ND daughters about 2 month so we had to find a place( that is where we live right now) as quick before someone will take it . My husband told that Nantucket Loft Apt manger that we did let her know that we must move out so . That manger said must have wait until 30 days as notice but we cant because we not want let someone will take other Apt in other place so manger told me that she will talk to her boss from Winston-Salem, NC who own that Nantucket Loft Apt.about discuss of notice of 30 days but 2 week later. We did move out. Near Jun30 2012 I think but my husband told me that manger will be on Monday which she will show up then My husband have give a key but manger did not show up in office which he did check it 2 time. He have to question that he will give to manger a key on next day then next day he did give to manger a key and check on each of one Apt .Few weeks later. We get letter from Nantucket Loft Apt but that from Winston Salem .They did cost us to pay $325 is $301 for not let them know by 30 days notice and $24 of use key as 2 days which i dont live in but manger was not show up that day because of we use key but that manger was not there that Monday. Smh. We dont pay it. But 2 year later we had to accpet it and pay it off . We want live there but know that Apts will have more high rent ...nah We decide to not move back ..We love that place but rent is rip off that all more ... hide ...

I suppose the place is fine if you have no family that would like to visit you.I hadnt been to visit my elderly mother in almost 2 years, because I work far away. Finally got time to visit and wanted to stay the weekend plus one more day for 3 days total. On the third day my mother was notified that I was not allowed to stay, or they would evict her. Keep in mind I was still working over an hour away during the visit with her, so I was leaving every night at 9pm and not returning until afternoon the following day, so not even staying the night. Her 13 year old grandson was also no longer allowed to visit every other weekend.Carol, the property manager, shows obvious favoritism to tenants. Numerous people have family that visit and stay overnight. One gentlemans niece is dropped off via bus every single day and stays. One womans boyfriend has spent weeks staying with her for weeks and isnt listed on the lease.Your family members will be constantly watched and harassed by the other tenants as well, because of the overly strict rules. With the way the rules are, other tenants are constantly talking behind each others back and running to the property manager to report someone if they sneeze too loud.If youre from out of town and not familiar with the area, stay away. Spindale is a poverty stricken city with a high crime rate. People have broken into Creekside apartments and stolen TVs from the \"Sunrooms\" which ironically gets no sun. There was also a severe bed bug outbreak in the complex that tenants are still currently dealing with.For the price you pay, youd expect something greater for your elderly loved ones, but stay far away. more ... hide ...
