DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!! This place is patched up to the max and not even good. Parking is a headache especially with non tenants, they refuse to assign two spots per tenant or give decals to know whos who. A gray sedan has been parked who does not live in the complex for almost 2months with gas Lid open and Nothing has been done, a adjacent tenant(burgundy Honda personalized tag) parks his vehicle in the complex adjacent to his building walks across the entrance to get to and from his car; its obvious these cameras are for decoration and they Dont respond to emails. This is a Family owened business and it shows because all they want is Rent. The Only plus is a courtesy text to make a pyt. Right now I cant park in front of my building because of guest, a tenant that doesnt live in this building or the adjoined building, and an Abandoned vehicle!!! The burgundy only parked at his building because other complex parked there first, he parks there even when his building lot is Empty! Today next to the abandoned car two Non tents have parked and actual tenants have to park in the over flow across the parking. Yes, complex is aware even verbalized and she said shell send a reminder, not sent, they Dont care!!! A bunch of low budget tenants to them.. The Cars zoom all hours of the night with blaring music, if you can afford anywhere else GO!!! The layout is Good minus there is No fan, SMH!!! more ... hide ...

I moved here a little over a year ago. such a charming place. Im so disappointed by the company that took over. from changing the charming name of cobblestone to sounding like a place where chickens are kept, to the hide ous color that they chose to change the complex to... all awful and take from the charm of what was here. they seem to be hell bent on turning the place on its head. they removed trees and renovated the entry to the office which looks awful. and rumor has it this company does not do right for their employees. I wouldnt suggest moving here to support what they are doing to this place. the only upside now is that it is still a quiet place to live. if you wanted to work on providing a better experiencemaybe repave the roads to clean it up and repaint all of the parking? I find the lines difficult to see. and I have good eyes. also maybe make more common places for pets? Staff is always super friendly otherwise. Its very sad to see it so downhill and more sad to say I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes. more ... hide ...

My grandmother just passed away and we ordered a pod to move her stuff out in. They would not let us use the pod in the back or the parking lot! What are we to do now!? There white maintenance man has no manners a horrib le attitude and i believe should be fired the horrible rude way he handled this situation. When we moved her in here a couple years ago we had an even bigger pod set up in the back so whats the difference.... what is it hurting!? Again white maintenance man with long hair has a very disgusting attitude!!! He should be fired! more ... hide ...
