CCAA is a great asset to all Clayton seniors. There are many activities to join but more importantly it is a source of information for all. There are many services available such as free flu shots for those who qualify, to group trips and everything in between. The outside of the building in the front looks dirty and the flower pots dont have any flowers in them and it looks dirty white. This is an apartment building for elderly and disabled people. The tenants here come outsid e and smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. There is not enough parking for visitors. the people that live there have to rent a space in the church next doors parking spaces that face the side of the building but when the furniture market is in town these bought parking spaces are no longer available so theres a problem because theres more cars then spaces. They do have locked doors that requires a special fob to enter the door and thats good makes the tenants feel safe. It seems that some residents dont let people in without knowing them and that causes a serious problem. People are not safe and secure when people are letting opening the door for anybody that walks up. The staff is never in the office, they take off as many days as they can. The maintenance guys are Great! Whenever theres a problem they are on it lightning fast. They also maintain all the inside of the building like washers, floors and trash plus the outside where they pressure wash the building, the driveway and everywhere else it needs to be done. Im have been staying with a friend as a guest waiting on my house to be painted at Chadwick Apts for almost 2 weeks. Its quiet & there seems to be some sound proofing. I know you have to come by the office and fill out a n application and theres a fee for the background and credit check. Then your name goes on the waiting list.
