Lived here for almost 9 years. Great place to raise your children. Wonderful community, quiet and comfortable. Not far from the hospital, local stores and restaurants. The elementary school, high school, and middle schoo l are a bit far out. Other than that, I would recommend to anyone. You wont be disappointed! more ... hide ...

Where do I start¦ I moved in Oct 22, 2021. From the surface the place seemed ok. They might I moved in I noticed bugs that looked like roaches. I called the manager and they could not come out until Monday because the y are closed on the weekends (such a inconvenience for those who work during the week). She told me they were Palmetto bugs to down play the situation when they obviously look like roaches. The maintenance guy sprayed and we waited to see if they was a change. Well we know the outcome or I would not be writing this review. They roaches came even more. By Monday we decided to move the refrigerator because something didnt seem right. When the regrow was moved tons of roaches came flying from under the floor. They call themselves renovating but they covered a roach infested floor with fake hardwood to mask the situation. I informed the manager I could not live there and needed a full refund. Here it is a month later and Im still having issues with these people. They purposely sent my refund to the wrong address. When I did receive it, the check bounced and Im out $900. No one will ever answer the phone or call you back in a timely manner. Even the neighbor knew why I was moving. They didnt clean the carpet from the previous tenant which I discovered was full of urine from their dogs. The only way these people communicate is if you take legal action. more ... hide ...
