Winchase was a nice place to live, I was proud to say where I lived, Over time things have changed the tenants arent of the caliber that they used to be, property maintenance is not what it used to be, Landscaping is fine. To whom it may concern,My family member has been a resident of Laurel Crossings for_______ .My stay up until now has been more than pleasant. Most recently Theyve experienced harassment from the staff about means t hat the property doesnt provide provisions for. The lack of help has my family in deposition due to their current condition which I will keep confidential. None the less the staff along with maintenance has not only deprived my family member of a comfortable stay but reassurance in compassion and maintaining professionalism. We are civil human beings in a small community who would like to remain anonymous for lack of better reason. I shouldnt have to state who it is to get what we as a community deserve. Especially if we pay our hard earned money and believe that were we lay our heads at we are always respected and properly being dealt with in a manner that makes us all feel safe to be in our individual spaces. My concern in all of this is that due to strong minded staff the home my family member resides in will be under subjection due to harsh restrictions or possible eviction because I have spoken out about the treatment on this property as of recently. Im hoping that thru this review , management of this housing property above the housing management will deeply consider who they hire to monitor/manage their properties, down to the maintenance man. The current maintenance man has felt entitled to welcome himself into peoples homes and pry/spread tales of peoples personal endeavors amongst the community. His demeanor and character have deprived the property of his true value. I moved into my apartment about 6 months ago and I love living here. the neighborhood is very quiet during the important times which is at night. The community is very clean and the maintenance team is very attentive. Th e office staff is very friendly and is very professional. I work for an apartment community as well, so you might say I am very particular about my housing choice. I wish the office was open on Saturday because I work during the week during the exact same times they are open but that is the only negative. I love it here. more ... hide ...
