This place was a complete mess and so disrespectful to us they toyed with us for a month having us pay 80 to apply then 100 to keep a spot for us to live which they still havent given us back like they said they would an d its been 3 weeks now they made it seem like we were getting the place constantly telling us yes the place seems to be yours but never contacting us we had to go to them which was impossible they were never there or they had no clue what to do or who we were any time we showed up someone would yell at us that they were closed or they would say come back another time we want our 100 dollars back because from the start they knew we couldnt live there because we made to much but for a month they toyed with our hopes and made us jump through endless hoops to just deny us more ... hide ...

Lived here for 7 years the plumbing sucks and the bed bugs are worst. The manager is a bully who is very unprofessional! Low income housing yet your rent will vary month to month when your employed. My 9 year anniversary is coming up at The Carillon in Greensboro NC. My Mom moved in here before I did. Mom really loved it here. When my husband passed away I moved in here too! Mom now is in a nursing home and really m isses living here and the friends she made here. Her 13 anniversary is coming up if she were still here. We lived in different apartments. Its like family here. The staff are awesome and really care about the residents. Although during the Covid lockdowns the residents had guidelines we needed to do to be safe. This made much more work for the staff. Once the guidelines had been reduced Tamara was diligent in finding ways for residents to be able to safely interact together. Her joy of art, crafts lead her to bring very interesting activities and places to go for the residents to do together. Her bubbly enthusiasm draws many to join in with her and lots of fun by many residents . She got together with another resident and they began a newspaper and a book club and a writing group. She knows how to bringfolks together. You can always go to Tamara and let her know places a group can go or if you have an activity you would like started. Or a movie you would like to watch for Movie night in the Great Room.I recommend The Carillon for your home. more ... hide ...
