These reviews just dont do this community justice nor the landlord. My experience in the 2 years that I have lived here have been quite pleasant. The neighbors mind their own business, but the do speak in passing and the landlord is always on it if there is a task for maintenance. I never had a problem with him. Hes actually very nice and easy going. I was reluctant not to give 5 stars because the only negative is the fact that a lot of parents dont monitor their children leaving the opportunity for accidents to happen and damage to property, which in the end falls on the tenants, not the landlord/community. As far as communication, if I call, I normally get an answer, but the office is open only a few days during the week because Ameen manages other properties. Leaving a voicemail or sending an email has always gotten me a timely response. Park Place has been a comfortable place to live for my family and I. more ... hide ...
