this place is the worst place ive ever lived!!! i have a 1 year old son came home from work tue night to my bathroom and bedroom flooded. called the office left a message with the answering service. call again at 10pm an d again at midnight. at 1am go to make a bottle and water starts pouring from the light fixture in the kitchen. call again. called all day wed and left messages each time. came home wed night nothing had been cleaned up and now even more water. kitchen and bedroom is flooded. call the office again. no response. all day today wouldnt ever answer the phone again. come home thur night and even worse now my whole bedroom floor is soaked and there is a smell. call the answering service again and finally at 11pm the maintenance man shows up. a toilet overflowed in an apt above me and over one where nobody lived and leaked thru the walls. he said they just sent him a text about it at 10pm tonight and first he had heard about it. if they had came when they were first told tue night it would have been cleaned up and fixed by now. now i get to worry about me and my son getting sick from the mold thats growing as i write this. nobody is coming until tomorrow to fix it. booming music all times of night and drug deals happening right at the entrance they dont even bother to hide it. papa johns and dominos wont deliver here they have been robbed so many times only pizza hut is brave enough. this place is one step above hell. i would rather sleep in my car and probably would if it wasnt for my baby. more ... hide ...

Overall this is a pretty standard community for the area. The units are very inexpensive given the price of rentals right now, but somewhat outdated. Given the age there is some understandable wear and tear as well as so me bugs, but thats understandable give the age of the buildings. The office is extremely understaffed and non-emergency maintenance seems to take quite a while to be handled. The office manager is super kind and helpful and has been very accommodating regarding anything I may have forgotten, or any changes I wanted to make to the unit (locks, etc...). The area can be pretty noisy, but everyone in my building and the two surrounding has been really nice and there are lots of families here, so there is very little in the way of tomfoolery that goes on within the complex itself. For the price I would say it is definitely worth it. Make sure to put in an application three to six months prior to when youd like to move in since there is a waiting list. more ... hide ...
