These apartments are not what the turn out to be, the management is terrible, they never fix problems until you complain two or three times. There is a lot of mold filled apartments that they just cover it up with paint and sheet rock. You cant smoke in your apartments or outside of your apartment. You cant sit outside of the apartment, like when its nice outside. They dont give you their hours of operation and have people riding through the parking lot asking about management. You cant have over night guests or family visiting over night. The company is horrible all around. more ... hide ...

Been living here for 6 months and I will likely be moving out at 12 months. In the case of winter storms they will not clear the roads or salt. The water has turned brown every month since theyve started metering wat er. Maintenance staff work fast but they dont wear booties or masks. I have a newly renovated unit and when I moved in there was hair painted on walls, doors and hardware. The apartments are poorly renovated and its not good work.
