I have lived here 15 years and have never experienced management like we have now. Until this year have always had a flower garden in my front area, Due to medical issues am unable to do it anymore. Therefore weeds an d bushes became a real eyesore ..I live at the front of the property so it was the first thing you would see when you pulled in, I made many attempts asking Property Manager to clean it up to no avail, I finally. recently hired someone at my expense to take care of it. I also had a problem with bugs. We used to have an exterminator every 3 months, One night at 11:30 there was a big black bug crawling across my bed. I immediately got up and wrote Toronto a note and put in her box. She did nor respond. I left 2 more notes the next 2 weeks, left messages on her voice mail and e-mails. She did not give me the courtesy of a reply to ANY of them. I again hired someone (an exterminator) at my own expense to spray my apartment. I recently had a problem with my refrigerator. She again did not respond to me. Finally I did talk to her and she sent the maintenance guy to look at it. He looked at it, left and did not come back, 2 weeks later he showed up with a new refrigerator which I really appreciate. I had to quickly clean out the old one. Wouldnt you think the manager could have told m e the problem was being handled and I would get a new refrigerator. I am a good tenant. I pay my rent on time, mind my own business and cause no problems. I feel I deserve more respect and courtesy than I receive from the Trinity Ridge Property Manager. more ... hide ...
