I have lived there a total of 14 almost 15 years. Now this place is smoke friendly, so tell me why when I gave my 30 day notice and moved they charge me. $291.00 for( primal ). I sent my disagreement to management about issue and they said it was smoke damage, in an smoking apartments for all those years.Now too top it off they put it on my credit report that I owe them money for housing, stoping me from renting any where else. I was looking to relocate to North Carolina from Colorado Springs. I was looking for apartments in the Greensboro area I came across Four Seasons Villas. Upon reading the reviews. At first I was Leary about the apartment s due to the reviews. I went ahead and set up an appointment with their office personnel and went to look at the apartments. The leasing office was very professional. Upon completion of the phone call I was thoroughly satisfied with apartment to the point that I rented the apartment. I have lived here now for 3 months. Any maintenance issues that I have came across have been fixed in a exceptionally well time frame. I have no complaints and was very glad that I did not go by the reviews alone. It would behoove you to take a little time and set up an appointment to view the property it is well worth the value more ... hide ...
