They deserved a NEGATIVE 5 stars. If you have any opportunity to live somewhere else you should stay away from this complex. The management company has been HORRIBLE to our family. My mother passed away and they are be ing extremely difficult. They are rude and uncaring and ask for unbelievable complex things for us to get into my mothers apartment. They immediately changed the locks. They have no clearly defined policies. If you try to reach the Corporate office - no one will call you back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. more ... hide ...

Im very disappointed in this place a friend of mine is looking for a safe place for her and her children due to her leaving an abusive situation that almost ended her life which she explained to the leasing manager. She did the application and they turned her away not because she made too much or too little or because of her background or because she had bad credit they turned her away because of a past utility bill that wasnt paid in a whole other state. more ... hide ...

It is unfortunate that I have to blast a company that built apts for people with a certain income to live. Yall ask the city of kannapolis for a permit to build these apartments but do not keep them up .Yall autumn cres t. Has mold and if you complain they still do nothing. I am contacting a lawyer now. like the people did in charlotte NC Julian Wright to sue them if any one else that has been wrong by this apartment complex lets band together and sue this company. It does not make sense for a company that suppose to house people get away with this type of behavior. Contacting the vice president and the people in upper management does not help so they will be served to. more ... hide ...
