My carpet is growing mold after telling John the maintenance man. After alerting the office. They come in the 4th time say they fixed it and my carpet is soaked its extremely hot and it smells like mold for 3 weeks t his carpet has been a hazard. He placed a second file of carpet which is completely soaked in puddles when u walk through my hallways makes it extremely uncomfortable to live in these conditions inside with a WET SMELLY CARPET from the apartment AC and they do nothing but put another layer on top just to hide the WETT spot and create another mess or hazard. For the to be so concerned about parking the landscaping is terrible garbage in and out of the community when pulling in and out. Children forever in the street there are no warning signs like most neighborhood to slow down for children. The pool is going to be closed all summer its never open past 5 pm. The maintenance do a half way job there are several units with just cover ups instead of fixing it all the way. The rent still rising and no money is going tword fixing appliances, carpet, signs for safety of the children. The amenities like the pool and gym are not even available. Very limited living area and they do not clean your carpet after letting the maintenance issues all over it. They just put another layer on top they do not fix it its a cover up. more ... hide ...

These people know exactly what they are doing & these people helped me get my 1st apartment!! Everyone was very nice & they have helped me SO VERY much with everything to keep my apartment up. Nothing negative to say. Bu t; when I filed my paperwork when I 1st applied. The lady that answered the door was a little bit rude. But, the rest of the people were good!! Good experience other than that!! more ... hide ...
