The management is horrible. Weve had about 4 or 5 property managers since Ive lived here (almost 2 years) 2 have been very nice, one from the main office very nasty, the others not so memorable. Its across th e st from a golf course, my window was hit by a golf ball shortly after I moved in, it took them a year and a half to fix it. I work for the government, last year I was furloughed and got behind on my rent. Even after explaining this to them and telling them that I was going to pay in full on a certain date, they still took me to court. I paid all rent and late fees and they still charged me for court fees even though I paid off what I owed prior to going to court and they still hadnt even fixed my window! They dont communicate or respond to your emails unless its something saying you violated your lease, which everything is a violation of the lease. Even then they just come around and stick notes in your door. They charge people late fees even when their rent is not late, Ive saw them charge a sick lady late fee after late fee even though she mails her rent out on time. The only nice things I can say about here is that the apts are really nice, they have all the amenities you need and the area is quiet. I hate it here moving as soon as my lease is up more ... hide ...

My husband and I arrived almost a week early from Florida and we were delighted to discover that not only was our apartment ready but it was beyond our imagination! The maintenance department had even put some items that had been delivered into the apartment for us! Ben & Maria are the epitome of hospitality. Theyre cheerful & kind and always ready to help residents.The apartment is unbelievably large with amazing closet space. The bonus was having a dining room which we turned into a den.The grounds include lots of green space and pretty courtyards with flowering trees make for a serene environment. Youd never know the community is so close to Route 9 and shopping & transportation.Any maintenance issue is handled professionally.and in a timely manner.Im thrilled that we rented here! more ... hide ...

This place was much better in the early 2000s. They had after school program for kids in the rec room in building 4, summer programs where they did arts and crafts for the kids and served breakfast and lunch and food summer talent shows. There was a basketball hoop inside the courts, summer block parties. The seniors were separated from everyone. If you called for a work order they came the same day almost immediately. This place is just ran down on now. Got to walk forever just to get to your apartment, each court once had their own entrance but now theyre trying to be like a closed community with 2 guards. Lol. Everyone from Hyatt Court and Rosevelts moved in and lets just say¦¦ this place isnt the same anymore. Theyre turning once storage garbage rooms into apartments now. Rats and roaches is still an issue there. Water bugs even on the sidewalk coming from their compactor rooms. I still have family and friends there and lets just say my visit is always an hour, nothing more. They need to do better and/or bring this building down already. By the way, when people order from Amazon Im sure it says their apartment number not 17 Oxford St. You guys are held responsible for all that goes missing with your bin at the front office. Your security should ID everyone that grabs a package. Turn your rec room into a Amazon room like most complexes have. ID everyone! SMH more ... hide ...
