Crack and heroine house with poor management, awful maintenance (i caught one stealing food for the disabled and hungry, and it takes all 5 guys to stand there watching my TV to fix a toilet, on every visit. The common areas are dirty (especially the elevator), no covid cleanliess and roaches daily but the exterminator didnt care nor used the proper tools - I had to spend my own money for traps, then they went away, management were the nastiest people, even as I was confronted with a non-resident who knocked on the door consistantly at 5am with a knife in her hand, I was attacked in the parking lot too by another. Management couldnt care less and said to get over it. The list goes on and on but if youre looking for a clean, safe place, this is NOT a good fit. I met some great people and not so great people. I would never live there again more ... hide ...

Great Place To Live This Place Is A Definition of Convenience = newport mall,Hotels,Bar & Grill Lounges & Clubs,Path Train,Light Rail,Shop Right,Whole Foods,Holland Tunnel,Banks & Check Cashing,Resturants,Tire Shop,Auto shop machanic,hardware store,99cent store,So On So On i could name so much more its So \"Convenient\" only thing is parking is very limited & tight down there but other then that definitely a great area o and wild life possums ,skunks, raccoons N.Y. Rats yea yeah more ... hide ...
