Horrible experience. My daughter moved out of the complex in the beginning of August and we still havent received our security deposit back. Every time we call the woman, Jessica, promises we will get the money by th e end of the week. We are now in November and still havent received our deposit back. They received the rent on time every month and had no problem collecting, but cant issue our security back. When we ask to speak to the manager or whomever is in charge she refuses to give us any information. Our next step is to get lawyers involved and possibly the media. more ... hide ...

We lived at Terrace View for close to two years. Whenever someone moved out, maintenance and contractors would swoop in and, if needed, update and make renovations before it was rented out again. I think this was always the clear sign that there was an invested interest in the prosperity of the properties.Many of the reviews mention Betsy and Randy by name, and thats because they were always a helpful presence. Randy took pride in the condition of the apartments (inside and out) and Betsy was genuinely devoted to the occupants.There will always be downsides to apartment living no matter where you are: noisy neighbors, parking, delivery drivers that cant find your place, but this can be mitigated and alleviated by other factors and Betsy and Randy ensured that.For what its worth, we rarely heard noisy neighbors (the noise between apartments is muffled rather well, the only noise that ever came through for us was via the landing or from downstairs), and I never had an issue finding a parking spot.The apartment itself was clean, had great hardwood floors, reliable appliances, and nothing was damaged. The grounds of the apartment were kept clean and well-maintained.We look back fondly at our time at Terrace View and whenever anyone asks for recommendations on apartments, we are quick to recommend it. more ... hide ...
