This was always a clear indication that there was an invested interest in the properties' success.Numerous reviews mention Betsy and Randy by name, and that is because they were continually a helpful presence. Randy took pride in the condition of the apartments (inside and outside) and Betsy was genuinely dedicated to the tenants.There will always be drawbacks to living in an apartment no matter where you are: noisy neighbors, parking, delivery drivers that can't locate your place, but this can be reduced and alleviated by other factors and Betsy and Randy ensured that.For what it's worth, we seldom heard noisy neighbors (the sound between apartments is dampened quite well, the only noise that ever came through for us was through the landing or from the ground floor), and I never had an issue finding a parking space.The apartment was spotless, had excellent hardwood floors, dependable appliances, and nothing was damaged. The grounds of the apartment were kept tidy and well-maintained.We look back fondly at our time at Terrace View and whenever anyone inquires about apartments, we are quick to advocate it. more ... hide ...

Tried renting at this place Information on the webpage is misleading and customer service is SO bad

Actually a 45 but I dont know how to achieve that score Was pleasantly surprised when I first came to the complex At the time people were storing EVERYTHING on their patio which made the place look sketchy However the interiors were great Everyth Actually a 45 but I dont know how to achieve that score Was pleasantly surprised when I first came to the complex At the time people were storing EVERYTHING on their patio which made the place look sketchy However the interiors were great Everything is freshly painted when you move in new appliances new carpet the works The patios are also awesome Best part of the place though is the great onsite management office Call Betsy and whatever needs fixing is done within a day at the latest My living room AC went out my first summer and i called Betsy I got home from work that day and there was a new machine installed and turned on to high Have been happy here and feel safe for over six years By the way they exteriors have since been updated and the patios are no longer unsightly storage bins more ... hide ...
