Not DCA compliant. No nurses. Staff is unprofessional, obnoxious, bullying, disrespectful, make up \"house rules\" that impede on the rights of tenants , lie on their records, turn situations around on tenants and hold n o accountabilty for their actions. Video cameras everywhere. SSI tenants pay $650, SSDI tenants pay $850 for the same lack of care and you have a roommate. You miss 7:00am breakfast you dont eat. You miss lunch 11:30am you dont eat. If you dont get your meds by 9:00am you dont get them at all. Youre late for dinner, too bad. Cracked floors, broken furniture, dust, dirty rooms, mold, flies and youre required to do chores nightly, go to a program daily or volunteer. Laundry you do once a week on assigned days only. You cant cook or use the kitchen. And you cant complain to anyone or file proper grievance. You dont like it? They tell you to leave. more ... hide ...

I called today (4:34 pm) to inquire about their 2br/1 bath property and was treated very badly. The lady who picked up the phone literally interrogated me because I called the leasing office to inquire about the minimum income allowed for the unit. ¤ Since when is getting basic information about an apartment a crime? After the interrogation, I became so disgusted that I told her to stop talking and I hung up the phone. I was way too angry and annoyed to allow her to go any further.
