Since the application process, everyone has been very patient and polite with me . Aside from the job they hold they are each really good people.Karen, she is the sweetest thing. Things I didnt understand paperwork w ise, she filled me in and made sure I had all the information I needed. And my favorite part, she always wears a smile.Ryan, very professional man. Any issues or questions I had making payments, especially when the website changed, he was a email away with the link and or pass codes. Very fast response if contacted the correct way ( with the covid and all) MAKE SURE YOU GUYS LEAVE A MESSAGE. Five hundred people call him a day.Jerome, very friendly. He is naturally a people person which is awesome for the job title he holds. He made sure I was taken care of when I first moved in.Ibraim (Im spelling your name wrong. Im sorry) , one of the sweetness and attentive maintenance workers I have met. When he says he will be there, he shows up. When he says he can fix it. Its fixed.
