I just moved in a week ago and so far the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There were a few small things that needed repair when we moved in. The air conditioner was not working properly, the stove was not hooked up, the garbage disposal wasnt working, and the sliding glass door had no screen. I reported most issues the day after I moved in. Every issue I had was resolved by Monday morning except the air conditioning and that was because they had to order a part. The complex is large. There is a huge dog park/baseball field that my dog loves to play in. Everyone seems to pick up after their pets. Some people have issues being able to pick up and maintenance takes care of that very quickly from what Ive seen. There is always a parking space right in front of my apartment. The area could be better but that is not the fault of the apartment complex. I think they do a good job of bringing up the values in the area. more ... hide ...
