I have loved living in this place. unfortunately the man that lives on the top floor who is bullying and abuse me got a bed the kind that vibrate. This bed sounds like a plane when he turns it on. I could not tolerate this noise. The bed was taken. But thats were my nitemare began. He follow me all thru rooms and makes noise . I have tired to get help cops says they cant do anything because it is not criminal. The manager told me to move but l need to fill a new application and wait for one to come available. I tried legal aid and called have another place where I talk to a lawyer and was told the same thing. so guess that bullying is for children, but doesnt SENIOR citizens have the same protection. He send one of his daughter who doesnt speak English and she was made fun of the SUV clothes and where I lived. more ... hide ...

As people the base of who we are is defined firstly by our integrity. The same goes for businesses. Integrity is the ability to say something, and to stand by what you say. From a business sense it means doing all you ca n for your customers and potential customers, not smiling in their faces feeding them lies and then avoiding them because you dont feel like doing your job. My fiance and I dealt with desert palms for two years. I understand waiting list and the like, however when you start avoiding and not returning polite calls ,inquiries, and voice messages and hiding when face to face visits are made either through appointment or random show up bi-monthly on top of directly contradicting what your website says on the rare occasion that you are caught and spoken to then we now know the waiting list is not the issue. The person or peoples in charge of taking care of business on behalf of desert palms are the issue. It is a blessing that there are other places with more integrity and better business practices.
