Manzano Mesa has been my home for the last 11 years. I raised my son here since he was 8 years old hes an adult and is now living on his own. The staff here is so awesome, polite, and very friendly. Sue the manager of the property is straightforward yet reasonable and a down to earth person. I just love her.Krystin the assistant manager is so sweet,kind and is always ready to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Jonathan the head maintenance is very knowl-edge on his job description and gets it done. So if you are looking for a great place to call home Manzano Mesa is it!!! Literally the worst place you could possibly live they offer low income which is amazing but then you get a 2 dollar raise your rent goes from 660 to 900 dollars like how at all is that possible and the worst part the t he landlady and one of the maintenance guys just have it out for everybody just avoid and hope you dont have an arguement cuz oh Lord everybody gets concerned more ... hide ...
