I have been living at ventana de vida for almost a year.i have a 1st floir apt, under the most hateful tenant and her name is crystal blackman.in apt822. Then there is jennifer in 821 and walter j quintana in 823.All thi s year they have caused me so much stress. Im under doctors care for stress taking pills for stress. I have complained to theresa a. The office manager more times that i have lost count. On the week before february i was given notice of vancy, now get this because Im living on the 1st floor and reported that I was too noisey. I Reminded theresa about all the times i had been to the office about the upstairs tenants that I mentioned earlier. Ive had to view television with cc. I am moving at a great inconvenience because money being the main reason. I will be better offat a gated community where im going. On top of it all these three damaged my car to the extent of it being the most scratched ugly. Auto in the parking lot.Now Im driving my graddaughters car and they have stared to vandalize that car also. These three are monsters. I should not be the person leaving it should be them. Worst place ever. I waited for over a week I stayed in a hotel waiting for this 3 bedroom apartment. I did paper work to move in. I call a week later room is not available. That owner didnt want to rent it cause it w as a corporate room and they dont want to loose money on this room. Is not my problem you all dont decide this before offering it first they told me $1,500 now $3,000 a month. Im stuck in a hotel until I find something else. Now I know why you all constantly change management and are always hiring, owners are biggest problem here. more ... hide ...

Id like to start off by saying that this apartment complex might be one of the worse ones Ive lived in. Not to mention that maintenance is never around when you need help, they take months to fix something that c ouldve been fixed within minutes. Also the property management is NEVER around when you call the office. Whats the purpose of working if they never help the residents? Isnt that what theyre getting paid for? Theyre very unprofessional and I believe they should hire more maintenance people and a different manager who actually answers the phone. If I could give this place zero stars Id definitely will. more ... hide ...
