A lot of great changes were made that were necessary. Office Manager is solid has a kind heart has a good sense of humor and looks out for the community, I truly care & have respect for this women. New maintenance staff are incredibly hard-working and friendly I am Grateful to know they are on the payroll. I have made a few friends with good Souls. But I do recommend keeping to yourself. The reason I recommend this, is a few people are very spiteful and slanderous, they actually scare me. One negative, I do wish my balcony wall was was fixed, as it has been damaged by act of nature or poor construction. I reported the wall to old maintenance in Feb2019 who is no longer onsite happy about that cuz he was a slacker. I showed the new maintenance man and he was ready to tackle it the next day. But for some reason he was not allowed. Other then that Thank You Tierra Montosa for the positive changes! 2nd Chances are a gift from god. more ... hide ...
