If I could leave 0 stars I would. This complex has been nothing but a headache since day one. If your considering renting from here I would strongly advise you look for something else. Ive lived here almost 2 years and t hey have a huge issue with roaches on the property regardless of how much you spray they always come back. The property managers dont fix anything, most of my outlets in my apartment do not work and the 3 that do have to have a 3 prong extention cord or else your cords will not stay in the outlets. They have upped the rent & advertise remodeled apartments but my apartment was gross and uncleaned the day I moved in, I actually had to clean it from day one. Im fairly certain that there is mold in the unit because Ive had lots of breathing issues since Ive moved to this complex and its obvious they havent maintained this property from the get go. Most of the neighbors are super nice but we do have a lot of foot traffic by people that dont live in the complex. Alot of homeless people digging thru our trash. But they want to tack on fees to clean the property outside bit the trash really isnt from the tenants its from the homeless people in our dumpster. NO SECURITY KR OR CAMERAS EVEN THO NUMEROUS CARS HAVE BEEN VANDALIZED, BROKWN INTO ETC. You have dealers walking around tryna sell you drugs. There is a gate but its almost always broken. I honestly could go on and on but its definitely not worth it for the money. Especially after they raised the rent. I dont mind paying more but certainly not in the ghetto ¤£ more ... hide ...

I was granted the opportunity to live at crestmore in May of 2017. I moved in and there was birds living in my laundry room. Bird feces and babies that were dying. I was told they would be removed immediately pending wil dlife rescue. 4 days later I still had birds chirping in my residence. They were finally removed and I was told the patience guy John Would be by to clean up the feces. 2 weeks later it was still there. I was tired of constantly asking my children to stay far from that room so I cleaned it. I respectively had asked for a copy of my lease at this time hoping that I could find a reason to have my rent prorated due to me having to clean the bird feces and them being there my first 4 days. Jennifer was never in the office and dodged me. Even in public. I never received a copy of my lease. After 5 months I was ready to move and still didnt have a copy of my lease. I finally got in touch with Jennifer and she frightened me with how much it will cost me to get out of the lease. I asked her again for a copy of my lease so I could see the details of breaking the lease agreement and she told me once ahe located my file she would give me a copy?! I had to pay her last months rent and half of the following as by her words. I never saw my lease. I was frustrated and already moved most of my things. So I placed my last months rent in the box and left. Cleaned the place from top to bottom taking videos and pictures of the work completed. October was my last month. I began to call her after the 30 days to ask for my deposit back. In December I noticed a rent check go through from August. Apparently they never processed the check and decided to do so just before Christmas. A rent check from August. I called several time to see what the hell, no call back. I cried to the woman who picks up for emergencies for the apartment complex and she told me she couldnt help me. Jennifer will not return my calls over a 500 dollar deposit. Im so dishearted by this. It was an amazing opportunity for my family and I to save some money and get out of a shelter. But I feel as if I was robbed and taken advantage of.Jennifer if your reading this you have done an incredible amount of disservice to a woman who is trying with all her might to keep her family together. Please call me and return my deposit. more ... hide ...
