Been living here a few years and never ever had any problems until now. Maintenance is the best. Repairs always completed in a timely manner and they are very friendly. The complex is well kept stays clean. Its quiet and neighborhood is safe. But I cant help but to think reason my rent went up so high all of a sudden is because of one run in with my daughters Service dogs. I Wasnt given any notice or explanation of such an increase (over $300) now stressed to hurry and find a new place to live. Other than that The Pearl is a great place to live. more ... hide ...

They are worried about the wrong damn things and not the property. Going around putting notes on others cars especially the ones in the drive way. Management has a very nasty attitude!!!! Ive been living here since Octob er of 2003, when we first moved in we were told that we will have a $1000 put in an escrow account and at the end of our 15 years living here we will have $15,000 in an account that will be the down payment to purchase our houses. Now they re worded the lease so theres no money in the escrow for us. We are responsible for our repairs but management is quick to say these arent our houses. If thats the case then we shouldnt have to pay for repairs!!! Ive been waiting for my stove to be repair since July. They send notices for everything else but when the put the note on my truck I didnt know about it for at least 2 days. I could go on and on I wish I could give management in the office a negative star!!!!!!! If youre gonna work in customer service please act like you like people because I have no problem clapping back when management wanna talk slick!! more ... hide ...

I feel that everyone should right a review. Regardless of their experiences. I will not allow no one to take my money for services that were not met in written contract. Thats exactly what they did. My wife and I live here for four months now. We have made it liveable. Roaches, dirty carpet and a messed up staff thats not willing to help. It is not just our apartment, its most of them. No security at night. And to top it off they employed two staff who embezzled money from the company. We had no heat for the first week, now we have no hot water in our shower. The maintenance crew socks. They out source for all your maintenance needs. Dont rent. They dont even deserve a one star more ... hide ...
