Me and my husband just move last month to the appartment. So far so good nice quite place. I love the view that I have and management its great! Great neighbors and I usually put an maintenance order and they g et it done right away. The only thing its the people that do t live here and come across the hill just to come to the pool and sometimes sketchy people around the place looking around. I do wish I can see security for often because I live right next to the office. more ... hide ...

Used to be a nice place but since Covid there are no maintenance to keep the place up. No laundry facility or entertainment room or weight room is not open, so we have to walk across the street to wash clothes. Place has really went down. I still like living here anyway because of the friendly staff and people and they do help if anything goes wrong in your apartment. And we are by a lot of places if we need to walk. So its not soo bad. I just wish they would start back cleaning it up and the laundry room reopens. Laundry is back open and we have very good management. Love my place¥¤ more ... hide ...

I waited until I moved out/got my deposit back (wow I got it fast) to write this just so I could give an accurate review from beginning to end. I lived here for 9 months. The application process was easy (plus if you app ly for one apt with the management company, it can be used for other properties they have). They have an easy to use website for paying rent. I got my deposit back quickly and they did not try to nickel and dime me on it.Jody has done a great job with this property and has a very responsive support staff.The courtyard is really pretty and its nice to have a pool/hot tub for the price being paid.Its an older building, but theyve been renovating the rooms as people move out. Its inexpensive for the Vegas area. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the property clean.The only downside is the immediate area. The homeless in the area can on occasion (not often) be a problem. Whenever there was a problem, management was great about finding a solution. more ... hide ...

First things first; this apartment complex advertises that the apartments are newly renovated. The pictures shown on the site are lies. I hated we had to move to an apartment but was excited to see the pictures on the si te and was excited about the move, until I got the keys. We had to move because of the shut down and COVID-19. All my appliances are OLD; dont say newly renovated if all you do is slap a coat of paint on everything and thats all you do.The oven says May 1994 maybe the manufactured date. Havent been able to use my oven since I moved in due to the fact my Apartment feels up with smoke when we turned it on. Upon investigation we discovered a nice little mouse nest that was built inside the broiler area. My dishwasher may have been manufactured In 1993 or before that date. My fridge was manufactured 11/99, and that would not be a problem if it wasnt broken on the inside selves drawers and bars across the selves in the door of the fridge. My sons bike was stolen from off our upstairs balcony during the second month of living here. Our new neighbors had the licenses plates stolen off of their car their first night here. Complex stays dirty; people who live here dont seem to care to keep area up or clean. Facets are old and leaky. Carpets are old and stained. Clear patch work through out the apartment. Oh and there are mice.... smart mice. I would get a cat but we cant afford the pet deposit or pet rent. To bad we cant charge the complex for pet rent since we are hosting mice. The plan was to stay here until we could buy a house but Im not sure about that now. more ... hide ...
