Wish I could give more info on the apartment complex however when I call the number listed on the webiste a woman answered, \"Hello\".I asked if this was Bramwell Manor Apartments and her reply was, \"yes, it is also 8:2 5 on a Sunday\"We just arrived in town and I was well aware of the date and time.Bramwell was the 3rd office I had called.All others were closed, ya know because it was 8:30 on a Sunday, so I left voicemail.The area and town are clearly growing, in order to get anything with availability and at a good price shoppers must be competitive.I understand this put the ball in your court but you also have a lot of competition.We will happily continue down our list of potential homes.If you dont want people calling a cell or home number,dont leave it.Or dont pick you.Google numbers are free and cell phones can be bought at Wal-Mart for 9.99, either could work for your business.Not the welcome we were looking for.Best of luck to all who rent, I hope you dont need to reach this person at 8:30 on a Sunday.I guess business is so good they dont need practical business skills or customer service. more ... hide ...

Finding and moving into place is a super stressful time. However, the Millennium East Management made it super easy for me. When I first called the leasing office Cherry was quick to give me a tour right away. Seeing the beautiful newly renovated model apartment I didnt hesitant to apply at all. The application was a super fast process it only took three days for me to be approved. Then next thing you know after not even a few days later I got the keys to my lovely new home. So in total it was not even a whole week I waited.I even had trouble setting up my Kevo lock app to connect to my iPhone and Elle the manager even came out of her way to help me. My apartment came with the kevo lock, nest thermostat, and ring doorbell. I never knew how convenient it is having your home connected to your phone. My favorite feature of my new home is the Kevo Lock. With the Kevo lock I am able to lock and unlock the front door of my apartment with my phone.The ring doorbell is a hardwired video doorbell that you can see who is at your front door. When people touch the doorbell the ring app will send you a notification and you can speak to them through the app. The complex also has an Amazon hub locker, which is really neat as you know your packages are safely storage away. Another great thing is this gated apartment complex is super close to Nellis AFB. Its only a 10 minute drive from base, not even. Also Management is very Military friendly.Every time I came into the office they are very professional, helpful, and have a good attitude. I just want to give a big thank you to Cherry, Elle, and Aly. Definitely recommend living here. I really love it here. more ... hide ...

We have been here for a few months and have liked it so far. Any time we have a problem with our apartment they make sure it gets resolved. They have made it pretty enjoyable to live here. Also management is 10/10! Ciara and Bri are outstanding and are always willing to help! more ... hide ...

Management at this place is terrible. When I moved my mother out after COVID, did a walk thru and asked if there will be any fees for ending the lease early we were told no because they already have someone to move in A SAP. To our surprise, my mother was charged a $1000 fee. Fine so we will pay it. The catch is, they have been sending the invoice to the apartment she moved out of after we gave management the keys and forwarding address. Since the mail was being forwarded it took over a month to get to the new address. At that point management sent my moms account to collections. Now we are dealing with collectors that want over $500 more for the account being delinquent. My advice, dont use Navada Hand management and dont stay at Horozon Pines Apt. Place has gone down hill over these past 5+ years. The 1 star is for the people that live there otherwise this place should get zero stars. more ... hide ...

Here is an updated review, these apartments are no good there not safe! Kids being involved in shootings and police chases in the apartmentsThe gates are always open. No security. Its very unsafe to live here. Also the p roperty manager Natasha is very unprofessional as well as staff. They will not work with you all they care about is MONEY not you as a resident.
