I absolutely love it here. The management and maintenance crew have always been Very polite and courteous. I was homeless and been living in my carI was told to go to Jaycee Tower Apartments to fill a application. When I arrived at the apartments I was welcomed with open arms. Tammy helped me with my application an within 2 weeks I received a call telling me that my apartment was ready. I was inshock! I just couldnt believe that I finally had a home. I was in tears! I came and signed the lease and moved in the next day. I was due to have major constructive surgery on my right foot 2 days after I moved in. Thank God, Tammy, Karen, Terry and Judy for the Blessings of having a home to recover in. Any and everytime I have needed Any kind of assistance management and maintenance have been very prompt in addressing any and all issues. As far as Bugs of any kind There Are None in My Apartment!!! Karen and her team come in and inspect every 4 months. I mean that they come in and turn everything upside down and sideways. They check EVERYTHING!!! If there are any issues they are addressed immediately! If a neighbor has a bug issue they exterminate thoroughly! The exterminator comes to spray every 3 months just for preventive measures!!! What a Blessing it is to have a Beautiful apartment with such an amazing view of the city and the Pleasure of being apart of this amazing community. I want to give a Special Thank You To Karen, Terry, Judy and The Maintenance Crew here at the Towers for The Up keep and Keeping It Clean And Safe For All Of Its Residents!!! Lived there almost two years they knew before I moved in was in a wheelchair and cleaned carpet professionally twice while being there still charged me $400 upon moving out for carpet didnt tell me how to pay $93 hav ent yet to paint pathway for me to pay money only was able find out I owed this money Thru my credit report. Its unprofessional how no pathway to make a payment they had forwarding address email and phone number never reached out to me with invoice of charges, regardless that carpet should never been charged they knew was wheelchair user carpet get dirty .While living there it was difficult to get ADA accommodations took over a year for them to properly fix the bathroom shower that kept flooding out my bathroom, dishwasher constantly backed up into kitchen sink and fire alarms went off constantly when too many people in building took a shower.constant issues with garbage and neighbors leaking garbage every where owners never cared enough about ADA access to dumpsters. They let people park over top side walks with cars blocking wheelchair access. The front sidewalk of entrance to complex is not ADA compliant and is dangerous. more ... hide ...

Ridgeview Manor has went downhill. And its not getting any better. They keep changing all their views and values they no longer care about who lives there. They have also made the comment that people can move away from t here if they dont like their new rules they have changed their rules so much and change their community up there it is no longer worth living at.. and things are not changing theyre getting more and more out of hand they are yelling at the people that live there now theyre being told that people cannot come to their meetings of the children they only want the people that live there at the residents so that way they can keep continuing to boss and threaten people this is not a good place its not a good community to live in I think everybody up there should move out and the reviews are horrible they used to be a good place to live they are no longer more ... hide ...
