This is absolutely the worst place to live! Do not rent here. They have gone through multiple owners. The apartments are ran down and have water leaks all the time. The place is filled with BED BUGS!!!! They will char ge you rediculous amounts of money even if you clean and do everything you can to make the apartment look good when you move out. Very incompetent staff. The matinance is no better. They are just money hungry people that dont do anything to fix or make things better for the tenants. Im serious, dont be fooled by their candor when you meet them. I was a good tenant for 5 years, always paid rent, didnt cause problems and they still treated me with disrespect. Finally had enough of it & moved out when they wanted to jack up the rent without making any improvements. They never get the trash taken out either. There was a dead body found stuffed in a couch by the dumpster one year while I was there & a police shooting. Your stuff will get stolen or broken into also. They dont finish fixing repairs when they do try to fix something. Its just awful! Beware! more ... hide ...

I was waiting for the receptionist to return a call with an answer to my question. They wanted their $50 application fee, and I assured them they wouldnt receive it from me unless there was a very good chance that Id be approved.Im still waiting on an answer from them. When I called the first time, the lady who I spoke to acted as if shed forgotten our entire conversation. This was super frustrating as I was on a truncated time schedule. She provided the same assurance that she would ask her boss my question and return my call the next day. After patiently waiting for the second time, now over 2 weeks, Ive decided this is not the property for me.Seems like they do not keep their word, turn things around on others to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes, and that money is more important to them than treating future tenants correctly. For current tenants, I cannot say how they behave towards them. more ... hide ...

Very disappointed in how business is handled at these apartments. My mother in law came in a few months ago they told her to come back and fill out an application when she actually turns 62 years old but no one has liter ally been available for 2 weeks! Not answering phones, left multiple voicemails, nor has anyone been physically available for 2 weeks? Does anyone even work in a office there? The most frustrating situation trying move a 62 year old Senior citizen into a nice apartment with the feeling of being avoided. The most horrible service in Edmond, OK. more ... hide ...
