Rent goes up but they never come fix whats wrong, will do a walk through then tell you that whatever major issue you are having is your fault not their concern, state that there is a two pet limit but have pe ople with more yet if you ask they throw the hammer down, dont enforce the dog breed rule either (I dont care what breed you dog is but if you make rules enforce them)...overall Im only here because utilities are included but the manager is rude and condescending and the lack of maintenance and the lack of willingness to upgrade anything even if its been there since 1978 is a problem. They will also tell you that you can change apartments then give the open one away...its problematic more ... hide ...
