Ive lived here now for 3yrs and my experience living here is ok. The only problem that I have is when I call the office for maintenance to repair things it takes too long. I understand that they are understaffed but a mo nth to repair something is too long. I still have a broken dishwasher and its been over a year now. Got tired of asking about a new one. Dont like that visitors cant park overnight without getting there car towed. How do u tell the office your visitor is staying overnight if they are closed and you didnt know they were going to stay because it was late. I think that is unfair to have to pay to get ur car untowed and if you dont have the money right there and then they will take ur car. That is why I give it 3 star rate. more ... hide ...

The rent is on the fair side, since it does offer nice amenities. Management responds quickly to maintenance request. The property is beautifully maintained. I plan to renew my lease once the time comes to it.
