Disabled handicap man living here almost a year and I pay my rent on time faithfully never been late and I am VERY disappointed in management here. I am starting to think they dont care about their tenants. Just as long as they get rent they are fine. Trying to transfer to another unit so I can do home dialysis and have been packed up since October and still have not moved yet. Still being told that they are still working in the apartment I am suppose to transfer too. They dont answer the phone. Manager is not friendly at all. This is a shame and poor management. more ... hide ...

I moved in a little over a month ago, and can honestly say that I have had a great experience. When going through the application process, Rhonda, in the front office was extremely personable and so friendly to me. The a partment was well-maintained and in a great location.A huge shoutout to the maintenance here, Craig has been awesome. Even though they are short-staffed, Craig does the work of a full crew by himself. The AC unit has struggled since I moved in and he has been non-stop checking to make sure that we get it fixed. He spent so much time and effort and even brought in reinforcements to try and figure out a solution, and was always responsive and kind when the problems didnt get resolved. Once he realized it wasnt able to be fixed, I had a new AC unit in two days.A big thank you to the office and the maintenance for making the move to this apartment a pleasant one. more ... hide ...
