My experience here at Cardinal Pointe has been very pleasant, peaceful and quiet. Im going into my second year here, a few of my neighbors have been here well over five years.I love the layout of my apt. Its very spaciou s and I love my walk in closet!! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept.Martie Jackson , Leasing Manager and Richard , Maintenance.. hats off to you guys©. If I have any problem its always taken care of in a timely manner.I also want to mention that Im an African American female and I have never seen, heard or been treated in any kind of prejudice manner her at Cardinal Pointe Apts.Its really a great place to live..! more ... hide ...

This place was a great stepping stone when I moved in in 2016 things were great! Amber was there and she didnt just let anyone move in so the place was kept up. Maintenance request only took 24 hours if that, she had people locked up the safety of the community. I felt safe then but I had to move July 2019 the new office managers were all trash after her especially Danielle. They never fixed anything, people started breaking in cars, people sat in the walkway smoking weed all day. The place began to get trashy just a mess. more ... hide ...
