Security issues. Management will not make necessary upgradeswhen repeated \"repairs\" for over three years are to no avail leaving this senior population vulnerable.The key fob system needs to be replaced. Residents are sometimes locked out of their own resident because the door scanner does not read their keyfob when entry is attempted. The property manager is rarely onsite as she works multiple properties for the company so the residents have to knock on windows or wait until someone happens to come out to let them back in.Huge inconvenience when you are standing outside the door with bags of groceries, you are disabled using an ambulatory device and went outside for a few minutes to get some fresh air, and/or you are standing out there alone at night. Spend the money and replace your door entry system.The company had a property manager on-site five days a week in the first few years of the property opening but now that they are at or near 100% occupancy, they do not see a need to have someone there daily to service the existing residents. For the past few years, the property manager is only there 2-3 days a week and gone by 4:30 pm. Hours not conducive for some seniors (55+) that still work and get home after 5 pm. more ... hide ...

New management took over the day before rent was due, noted that there was no portal, and no phone number, just an email, and theyre only open 8:30-4:30 M-F. So¦ those of us who pay online and dont have checks have to pay with a money order. When I went to pay today, I was assessed a $50 fee and the gentleman informed me that they do plan on raising rent and selling the place. Great customer service. /sarcasmUpdate: portal is live, so thats a good thing, I guess, as I had a service request (was locked out of my apartment because my entire deadbolt came apart in my hand) and it hasnt been updated. Took a call from my partner, myself, and a service request to get any help. Once we were able to reach someone, they told us they didnt have a maintenance person on staff yet. I put some pictures on here that I was dealing with. I have videos of leaking problems I had bugs, then Porsche did an inspection on the apartment told me to send the pictures that I had since I moved in to their email I sent them in and when I moved out half of the pictures that I sent in they use them to make it seem like did it, I didnt do the walk through those were the pictures that they took they charged me $100 and something dollars to take out a coffee table and two end tables in a ottersman I had holes in the wall from maintenance that never fixed it I had leaks, when it rain outside it comes in from my front window from the wall or something like that it was bugs in there big spiders the doors werent new the back blinds werent new they came out of somebody elses apartment the bathroom sink kept leaking cause when they finally came to fix my bathroom they didnt fix my sink back right, the water in the tub it was black stuff coming out of it,the bedroom door and my sons room hinges was loose it fell off and they charging me for things that I knw I didnt do. Ok about the table set and ottersman but Im not paying for something I didnt do Porsche wrong cause she did it before she left the property and because I didnt do a walk through I wish I did. These are the worst apartments I ever stayed in moving from GA a whole nother state. They need to do better than they gave me corporates number and Ive been leaving messages and still havent got a response I believe its the wrong number, I wouldnt recommend these apartments to nobody...... more ... hide ...
