Living at Shemwood Crossing is extremely difficult. Even though renovation is now scheduled I lived here 2 years and there was no laundry on site. The brick walls within the units give off a prison vibe. There are consta nt fights in the area which I live. I was harassed severely by a neighbor. My car was damaged on several occasions. I took this complaint to the rental office and nothing was done. Maintenance is all men staff and one of them came in my home while I was indisposed. They would wait until I left my home to enter on other occasions. Whenever I would go into the office for clarity I would be ostracized and turned away with no resolve going forward. Theres no way to follow the chain of command. Any tenant just has to go with the flow of things here. Noone is ever reprimanded unless its life or death here. My children were also harassed by the same neighbor who damaged my car. Living here was a disaster. And theres no way to make living here any better. more ... hide ...

This is a rent subsidized apartment building for seniors age 62 and older with 3 two bedroom units and 72 one bedroom units. Residents get free cable TV and 40 pounds of free food each month. Currently there is a five ye ars wait for an apartment. Management takes good care of the building and the residents however some of the residents are inconsiderate to others. Worst Company I have ever worked for. Jackie the property manager is so unprofessional. She smokes 25 cigarettes a day. Never helps the tenants. Never in the office. Training sucks. Ann is rude and very nonchalant. I was fired and not told why . I tried my best to self train . I was told daily that I was doing great and catching on better than anyone else . Crime rate is horrible at Cypress Run. Mole inside several units there too. Everything needs to be fixed there. Literally Everything. Dont work for this company and Dont move in here either!!!!!!!! more ... hide ...

They are so unprofessional, they dont care about us that live here, they treat you like trash, I tried my best to contact the main office they even ignore you ! This is just sad. I wouldnt recommend ANYBODY to live here . Nice apartment but carless unprofessional management. more ... hide ...
