Horrible! Bed bugs, bats, broken hot water heaters, filthy common areas, complete negligence by Intermark and the leasing agent. They ignore residents and their requests for repairs. Taxpayer money (as these units are su bsidized with federal funds) goes to the annual cruise that management indulges themselves to. Nothing short of criminal. Go to the Federal Housing Authority site which will ask you to fill out a complaint form of which goes to the WASHINGTON D.C. division and not the state!PLEASE REPORT THEM more ... hide ...

My mother has been living here for almost 9 years and she loves it! Its safe, clean, and her 2 bedroom is so spacious! There is a covered garage and you must have a key fob or be able to call the tenant to have acc ess in the building which gives a piece of mind that theres some control on whos coming and going. Management and maintenance is always ready and wiling to help any way they can! I highly recommend Grandview Apartments! more ... hide ...
