This place for the rent they charge they always have leaks, the people out here throw trash in you breezeways and bushes. The kids are loud , I have neighbors on top of me who child constantly run through the home, they are fighting, or always loud fixing or hanging things. When you complain to the rent office they do nothing about, they do not keep the work up out here. I would not recommend anyone here more ... hide ...

If I could give zero stars I would. They charge $300+ a month in HOA fees. We have a non-existing tennis court and they decided to eliminate half of the dumpsters and put them in all in one spot (genius). Trash is consta ntly overflowing and nothing gets done when you talk to them. Just wait for the best part, they decide to constantly hassle you about small things when they cant take care of their complex. Do not ever ever ever ever ever (did I say ever enough?) deal with this place. more ... hide ...

My mom moved out in March and she received her security deposit back after 2 months which is ok. But she has been trying to cash it and deposit the check they issued and they said it was fraudulent been calling them for over 1 month now and nobody returns our call. Gonna have to get legal help.
