I put in an application and I have waited for a year to hear back from them on the staus of my application. I have checked the website for the last few months and my application was still active until above February. Whe n i checked it again, it stated that my application had been denied. I called the office and they stated that I need to call the WODA group for an explanation why my application was denied after a year waiting to hear from them. I have called ever 2 weeks and left messages for a callback on why my application was denied. I just would like to know why. I will also be contacting the BBB and make a complaint. more ... hide ...

Living at Poplar place apartments has been interesting. I was considering moving from this place until the new manager Tamra got here and turned it around. She is always willing to help and shes very understanding. T his place is a better place because of her. The maintenance team is always there to correct the issue. Also this property use to be full of trash until this team got here and made it worth living here. We got a new sign and I feel safe because I always see her walking the property and the breezeways taking pictures and correcting issues. The apartments are nice but the residents are rude and nasty people with bad attitudes. Its a shame because the apartments are really nice.
