So we signed a lease and moved in. A ny issues I have its taken care of by the staff and maintenance team promptly. The manager here is extremely rude to me and my family she threatens to evict my family because she thinks that Im littering on the premises amongst other things . I dont litter and its very uncomfortable for me and my f amily and very offensive how she approaches us and treats us this is a verbal exercise of my rights against someone who is harassing me and my family and I will follow up on this matter until we can reach some type of compromise thank you. more ... hide ...

Everyone was so nice, and they even offered me ice cream while I toured! Cute older property with a ton of potential and fair prices. Although I decided to lease elsewhere because I found something closer to my job, Ast er Place was a very close second based largely on the people that I met and interacted with. I have never had so much fun on a tour! Even with the restrictions imposed by COVID, I was still able to tour with a staff member who showed me their models. You could really tell that everyone who works here takes pride in their job and have so much passion for the property. If I had to say a negative, it would be that the community is a little dated driving in. The interior of the apartments are really nice, but the outside could use some love. more ... hide ...
