Section8 property! Never want to fix anything but they want rent! They prefer a voucher! Management is awful! Kelly gossip about tenants and tell their business to the next! Mold is every where... the place is the ghetto .. It was so nice and Beautiful a while back! Maintenance and management was everything, now its the Hood on the low... You get what you pay for. Raise the rent for the same old bs.. run down park. Thats all your kids got to play on. more ... hide ...

Ive been living here going on 2 years and its my first apartment. Since moving here in 2018 its been good. Every place has its bad & its good but I will say my favorite part about living here is maintena nce because they come as soon as I put in a service request. If you need extermination they come if you ask as well but I havent had any big bug issues. Great place to start off. They also provide carpet cleaning every new lease you sign & they are contracted with the carpet company so it can be cheaper for you if u want to get it done before signing a new lease. more ... hide ...

After contacting and contacting, millions of voice mails even offered to come help in the office as I was that desperate to get out of the house I was in.. no call back and no help.. No one ever answers the phone, I mean I had to where I would have been able to put a few months down and then a few more after the first month.. the only reason why I begged for this place is its right across from my other job.. terrible.. contacted the bbb and will continue to voice this... If yall need help you should take it... But anyways God bless have an awesome week. more ... hide ...

This is a great place to live. It is a safe & peaceful apartment complex with absolutely beautiful landscaping. The management in the office, Erin & Dawn, and the maintenance team out here is always very friendly, profe ssional, and helpful. Any issue Ive ever had with my apartment was always quickly addressed, and resolved. Ive lived here for almost 2yrs now, and if I had to do it all over again (find a place to stay) I would still choose to live in Crescent Landing. This apartment complex is not the projects or ghetto. And yes, (we the tenants) are given more than a 24hr notice about when an inspection will be, or when maintenance will enter our home. Just be happy to know that if you put in a work order, the maintenance man will show up knocking at your door that SAME DAY, or next day, to do the repair. Also, be happy to know that Pest Control comes out to the apartment complex once each week (or every other week) to provide pest control to any tenant that has notified the office that they need it; and about once every 6mths all apartments get sprayed. I thank God for such a safe, peaceful, and happy environment here that I can call home. And yes, I have kids that live here and weve never had a problem with them playing safely outside. Oh and the city bus stop is about a 1 block away walk, if you need it. more ... hide ...
