Great apartments. They are brand new but staff is NEVER available. It is even rare that the corporate phone number is answered.I lived in a 2bd 2bath, equipped with laundry room, garbage disposal, and spacious living roo m/dining room. Master bedroom has a walk in closet there are 3 or 4 floor plans. Also there is no elevator so if u are handicap or impaired youll need a first floor apartment. They also have a laundry facility on site which has 4 washers and 4 dryers. There is only one trash compactor so u do have to be prompt about taking out your garbage. Apartment walls have a matte finished paint which are almost impossible to clean so be mindful if you have small children. more ... hide ...

You will not find a better place to live! John and the staff are top-notch, caring, compassionate, and attentive. The building and grounds are kept in excellent condition. The amenities are beyond compare. I cannot say e nough good things about Chandler Creek. It surpassed all my expectations. more ... hide ...

My mother lives in this senior community and they have this young lady working in the rent office not helpful at all. Shes new so the community thought theyve finally got someone that would continue to make this communit y for senior citizens a little easier,however it is not the case. She is now demanding that these senior citizens pay their rent online. Some of the residence here are 80+ & arent tech savvy nor do they have anyone to help them each month to make sure their rent is paid. Theyve been submitted money orders and checks and now these citizens are afraid to speak up afraid theyre going to get kicked out bc they dont know how to access \"rental portal\" online. Its really ridiculous. Also when a resident ask for the corporate office number the young lady told them she will give it to her at 5pm..why 5pm bc she was busy and probably just wanted to give them a number after business hours so they cant call. more ... hide ...
