This place sent a deny letter within 3 days of me sending my application and never gave me a refund of my application fee. If my credit is a problem that should have been notified that they go by credit. I havent l ied on my application about anything and I do not have any evictions so there should be no reason Ive gotten denied so fast but reading these reviews I wouldnt want to move here anyhow. They have RATS?!!¤¢ Ive already came to the conclusion their are discrimination going on here. Im so glad Im in law school and I never tell anyone. I love to see people giving me a easy case to sue them over with. Everyone isnt blind to what goes on around them. I can only imagine how many others experienced what I have and didnt know better. more ... hide ...

Only good thing I say about the reserve at Hillcrest is that its in a good location. When I moved there in oct 2021 everything was fine at first. every morning from my bedroom window my view was garbage¦ literally . Dumpsters full of trash and at least 20-30 vultures on top of the buildings surrounding the dumpsters. Oh and not to mention that my apartment had rats. They constantly chewed holes through the walls that maintenance patched up. We caught and killed at least 10 inside our apartment and on top of that once we got new neighbors we started seeing roaches. after several complaints about the rats I was let out of my lease early with no penalties. more ... hide ...
