The new property manager Quincy Williams is the BEST!!! He is very attentive and listen to his residents. For the pass two years it was some unwanted criminal active going on and reports was filed but previous landlords never cared. Also after after a murder took place at this comex Quincy stepped in and made the changes allowing this complex to be at peace and feel safe. Corporate on the the other hand I asked for an apartment transfer and they will not acknowledge my concern. I just recently gotten my motorcycle stolen from the property and not once did they reach out to me. I asked to move to a front apartment so I can see my property and have an camera on it and I get ignored. Quincy Williams the current property manager got me video footage of the criminals who made off with me motorcycle. All though it wasnt ever recovered Quincy tried to helped but I cant say too much about Corporate¤¨ more ... hide ...

This apartment complex is big scam they ran off with my $200 deposit never told me that the apartment was approved for me had me waiting 3 months and then called me out of the blue and told me that I needed $1300 TODAY t o move in and that if I didnt come in with the funds today that she (Christi) was going to give my unit to someone else. She refused to give me corporate information and hung up in my face. Do not get scammed by this lady she is very unprofessional and rude. Its a shame they take money from hard working single mothers. Dont get scammed like I did. more ... hide ...
