The property manger is rude, unorganized and unprofessional. I have lived in tax credit property before. She has called numerous people, telling everyone first come, first serve. Well, I come to the office and shes l eaving. I leave an application with the fee in the drop box. She claims that will give me first priority. Well she takes another application before mine, although we agreed I will return at 10:30 am. She is not focused, makes the process way more difficult than necessary. She has done this numerous times, yet gives you the run around unnecessarily. She has said everything she can say to put off my initial screening. Unfortunately, I did not come to my next appointment because she was moody, unprofessional and unnecessarily distracted from making this happen. I rather go to a property that handles move-ins in a more ethical manner. This review should be handled by the propertys management company. more ... hide ...

PLEASE PLEASE be aware of renting apartments at Carolina oaks village apartments .The manger HEATHER PARKER . Heather snoops through things inside your apartment when your not at home ,when she claim shes doing her so-call inspection . Heather also go through your mailbox and remove your mail . She has a family member that live on the property who is intimate with different men in and out her apartment ( prostitution ) Family makes so much noise everyday at 6:30 am in the morning screaming and hollering the weekends is same thing Plus her children playing ball and ride there scooter in the breezeway her family member has no respect for the other tenants . We complains to Heather about the noise and all she do is blow it off with excuses... the leasing contract it has no noise or disrupting other tenants . The rules does not APPLY to Heather family member she allows them to destroy the property and says nothing to them . I was a tenant there for a little over a year. I have a seizure disorder and suffer with chronic migraines . It was a nightmare to live there I also had a back injury. my husband who Iam separated from was coming and helping me out. My daughter who was away for 8 months on basic training . When she home and move out Heather was complaining about my daughter living with me.too. Heather didnt like that so she had me evicted. Theres also a gym and a computer center that the tenants can use, due to Heather snooping nobody really uses it. Heather Parker has done this to other tenant.I was evicted because Heather told the judge my husband lives with me . because my husband had some of his mail come to my address. I spoke with a lawyer and the post office manager and that dont consider someone living with you . I was evicted for no reason at all .... Heather Parker committed a federal offense by going into my mailbox . Jealous people will destroy your life thats why am writing this be aware of this place. more ... hide ...
