Was going to rent a uhaul from them, but my reservation was moved to another location. Reason for review is the lady at the front desk went out of her way and helped me with my order, and even called uhaul to adjust my o rder because of my issue. So thank you very much. Christina Dover has the worst attitude and doesnt care at all about her residents. After 5 years of living here and NUMEROUS property managers she is the worst. She almost caused me to lose my apartment but I moved out b efore she could mess with my credit or leave bad marks on my rental history steer clear. They also kept my deposit and charged me an extra $98 when I cleaned the apartment out myself. Worst experience of my life. more ... hide ...

I recently visited this community and felt that it was my duty as a human being to provide this review. This community recently changed property management companies and it doesnt remotely look like it did prior! Its st unning! From the moment you turn in, youre greeted with beautiful landscape at the now gated entrance. Theres gigantic flower pots and hammocks to lounge in, a huge pavilion, brand spanking new resort-style pool AND they have an on-site dog park! The interiors of the homes have new carpet and first floor has a wood style throughout plus all units come with a full size washer and dryer! Top notch makeover for sure! But the cherry on top and the reason for me to post this review is due to the empecable customer service that I received from their on-site leasing agent, Madison! She provided the absolute best customer service Ive ever experienced! From the moment I walked in the clubhouse, to the time I Ieft, she made me feel like I was the most important person that visited the property that day! She knows her stuff too! She listened when I explained what was important to me and what my needs were. She explained things throughly and made me feel like I was already a part of their community. In the days following, she followed up with me and remembered even the small details that most wouldnt have paid attention to. Too bad there arent more people in this world as pleasant and friendly as Madison. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for gorgeous outdoor spaces to relax in, beautifully modernized living spaces and to all dog lovers and owners! You wont be disappointed in the least, especially if Madison is there to greet you! more ... hide ...
